3. Set up Alerts
   
1. Go to Alerts > choose an alert type
   
1. Caller ID Alerts allow you to be notified when a specific number interacts with the target device. Give the Alert a unique name, choose the Type and Direction (can select all), then enter the phone number you want to watch out for.
   
   
2. Keyword Alerts allow you to be notified when a specific keyword or phrase appears on the target device. Give the Alert a unique name. Enter one or more keywords or phrases, separated by commas.
   

   
3. Location Alerts allow you to set-up geofencing alerts for when the Target enters or leaves a specific radius from 50m to 10km.
   
4. Set up Location Tracking
   
1. Data > Locations > GPS Tools > Start Location Tracking / Get Current Location
   
   
2. Another way to set up Location tracking is to use Portal Viewer. Learn more here.
5. Set Up Ambient Recording
   
1. Data > Ambient > Start Ambient Recording immediately or schedule one for later.
   
   
6. Configure Daily Summary Report Email
   
1. Reports > Toggle the Daily Summary ON or OFF
